After 2 weeks of bad ratings, looks like FOX has had enough of Sit Down Shut Up, as that will be moving to 7pm ET, replacing American Dad repeats, which will move to 7:30. Therefore, new episodes of King of the Hill will be moving back to 8:30. This means the original 8-10pm schedule will be back into effect immediately beginning next Sunday.
Keep in mind, this will only happen for the rest of May sweeps. It's still unclear as to what FOX will do with the remaining 8 episodes of SDSU which will remain unaired. But, I'm confident in saying that this show will not be renewed.
Also, for those wondering, FOX will not be airing the Obama conference on the 29th, for many reasons. For one, it could interrupt Idol, and I doubt FOX would want to mess with that again. For two, it'll preempt Lie to Me, which is right on track for ending right at the end of May sweeps. Overall, a smart move by FOX. I don't know about you, but I fore sure have had enough of these Obama primetime press conferences. The networks must be furious.
