The Jay Leno will of course be airing Monday-Friday at 10pm. Midseason shows will launch after the Winter Olympics, February 12-28. For the summer, new seasons of America's Got Talent and Friday Night Lights will air, along with newcomer Breakthrough with Tony Robbins, The Jay Leno Show, and Dateline. Depending on how their summer series do this summer, they could also see a renewal. And the saddest news of the entire day: Medium and My Name is Earl have been cancelled.

My thoughts: First of all, I am pissed that NBC cancelled Medium. In the bad shape they're in, you'd think they'd want a reliable show where they could stick anywhere, especially if Jay Leno fails. Probably their biggest mistake all season. The good news, though: CBS Entertainment, producer of the show, doesn't want it to end just after 5 seasons. They are looking to continue it for another season or 2, so it could end up on CBS, airing Fridays at 9pm. So, it isn't entirely cancelled yet! And My Name is Earl - that was probably a given. FOX was interested, but turns out they're not anymore. Meanwhile, Chuck getting renewed over Medium was just silly, and a big mistake. To be honest, the rest of the schedule doesn't look too bad actually. I don't know about Southland Fridays at 9pm, though. Same goes for this: why would they renew Southland over Medium? I don't get it.

I'd love to hear what you guys think.
